Maria Krey | Certified Public Accountant

Maria has over 20 years of experience in tax, small business, nonprofit, bookkeeping, payroll, business startup, software conversion, IRS problem resolution and all aspects of accounting through financial statement preparation. Her industry background includes restaurant, healthcare, education, mortgage, construction, rental, and service. She is active in organizations including National Society of Accountants (NSA), Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA) and Arizona Association of Accounting and Tax Professionals (AAATP).

Maria is a licensed CPA in Washington (#25696) and Arizona (#17885R), and Krey CPA PLLC is a licensed Arizona firm (#6380).

Bookkeeper

Kris has been bookkeeping since 2010. She loves numbers and organization. Kris moved to Montana in 2020 and loves to be out in nature with her husband Jon. She loves to spend time with her big family and many friends and travels often to be with the ones that aren’t close by.

Caroline Jacobson

Caroline is a dedicated bookkeeper with a passion for balancing numbers and managing tasks efficiently. As a loving mom, she cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family. Embracing the beauty of life in Montana, Caroline finds joy in outdoor activities, particularly hiking and paddle boarding. Her organizational skills and genuine enthusiasm make her a valuable asset in both professional and personal pursuits.

FOR NEW CLIENTS

  1. Complete new client form (online survey format). 

  2. Complete a portal sharing account setup (we will send invite and instructions). 

  3. Provide a copy of at least two immediate prior years’ tax returns. ​

FOR EACH TAX RETURN

  1. Completion of individual or business tax questionnaire. 

  2. Review and sign engagement letter.

  3. Remit retainer payment (we will send a customized invoice).

  4. Upload all applicable tax documents.
